CHG Series Air Stream Penertrating Drier
Description
 The air steam passes through the surface of raw material only in traditional level chamber drier .The disadvantage is that coefficient of raw material only in tradition level chamber drier .The disadvantage is that the the coefficient of heat transfer is low and the defect of structure ,it can not be in conformity with the requirements of "GMP¡¯.in order to overcome the shortcoming .we designed and¡¡developed the penetrating air stream bod type drier on the basis of abroad advanced technology .The principle of work id shown in the figure listed below . The fresh air is sucked through fan and then filtered through primary ,secondary and high .Therefore the purification reacone hundred thousand grades.Through steam heat exchanger,the temperature of air is raised to air is raised to certain temperature.The heater air is an through filter again and then flows to every layer through left glow divider .it makes the air pass through the raw material to be dried everdamp air sucked from the inclined air channel air channel under the drying tray.Parts of damp air are exhausted of out off the oven through centrdige the other is cricled and heated still .in this way the purpose can be realized .
Features
Each circulation of hot air is passed through primary and high effective filters .Therefore it can control effectively the raw materials brought by air to destroy during the period of re-circulation and reheat and polluting the mediciness.it is in conformity with the the requirements of GMP full.
Compared with traditional horizontal box type dryer,its capacity of drying is larger .The thickness of raw materials on the drying layer can be over three times.
Compared with traditional horizontal box type dryer,its area is larger and its efficiency is high .its capacity can raise 3~6times .its cost is cheaper .
Suitable for drying all kinds of granules such as,granule ,block of raw ,aterials .¡¡

There are air filters at inlet and air outlet .Therefore the dred raw materals can not be polluted and the quality of product can be effected too .
The hot source can adapt steam .oil or electric heater .
